Vaidisova – Mauresmo; (2.75) WH ---> 3/10

It seems everthing is OK with Mauresmo's shoulder. Maybe because of injury she didn't train so intensely in previous days and probably that was a reason why match against Vesnina was not going in a way she wanted. Well serving was good but for further success she will need to limit number of errors. Maybe against Vesnina she was able to get trough but if she will repeat that against Vaidisova it will be much harder. In simillar ocassion her serving will not save her. Well whenever Vesnina was serving I wasn't sure if she will be able to hold her serve (second and third set) and Mauresmo was using that. Still making so many erros was keeping Vesnina in the game. Vaidisova hasn't have problems with holding her own serve so far and if she is able to do it again than she will represent big treath for Amelie. French player offered to many chances to Vesnina but unfortunately Russian players didn't know how to used it. Lack of experiences was probably the problem while Vaidisova should deal with that.

So if Mauresmo will show simillar display as she did against Vesnina, than i do believe Nicole will have chances for winning this match. I am sorry for saying that but Vesnina was horrible on the moments (was missing clear chances ... i almost lost my mind :?) but still she was able to push Mauresmo into tie-break. So with simillar performance i do not see Mauresmo going into SF.
